How do I place a return or exchange?
We want to provide our Cheekbone community with a wonderful experience from start to finish. Please reach out to info@cheekbonebeauty.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
What’s your return/exchange policy?
Within 30 days of purchase, physical products can be exchanged or returned for a refund. Refunds will be issued in full to your original form of payment. You may also request store credit in the form of a gift card.
Any purchases made that go towards our Cheekbone Beauty Scholarship Fund are FINAL SALE.
Any purchases made on limited-edition, limited-run products are EXCHANGE ONLY.
Please note that for all returns the original shipping charges are not refunded.
All gift cards are final sale.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow up to 5 business days after the delivery of your returned items for our team to process your return or exchange. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Please note: once a return label has been issued, your return must be completed within 15 days as the label will expire. Cheekbone Beauty will only issue ONE return label per order. Any additional return labels will be at the customer's expense.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
