We want every experience with Cheekbone Beauty to feel thoughtful and seamless from start to finish. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
How Do I Start a Return or Exchange?
Please email info@cheekbonebeauty.com within the applicable return window and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- The reason for your request
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. One prepaid return label is issued per order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Regular-Priced Unused Physical Product Returns
Returns (Refunds)
- Accepted within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Refunds are issued to your original form of payment
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Store credit (gift card) is available upon request
Exchanges
- Accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, and in original packaging
Regular Priced Used Products (Exchange Only)
- Must be requested within 14 days of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened, swatched, tested, or physically touched is considered used. Once a product has been touched, we are unable to resell it.
Used products are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for refund.
Sale & Marked-Down Items
- Final Sale
- Not eligible for return or exchange
Limited-Edition / Limited-Run Products
- Exchange only
Scholarship Fund Purchases
Any purchase contributing to the Cheekbone Beauty Scholarship Fund is Final Sale.
Gift Cards
All gift cards are Final Sale.
Please Note
- One prepaid return label is issued per order. If additional labels are required, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Once a return label has been issued, the return must be completed within 15 days, as labels expire.
- Items that have already been exchanged are not eligible for return or further exchange.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
How Long Does It Take to Process a Return?
Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your returned item(s) for processing.
Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or something is missing from your order, we’re so sorry.
Please contact info@cheekbonebeauty.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item(s) received (including any damage)
- A copy of your packing slip
Our team will review and make it right as quickly as possible.
