The best thing for your eye area for makeup staying power is to not apply moisturizers, serums, lotions etc to where the eye makeup will be applied, and then be sure to set it up with our mattifying moon dust over the eye makeup. The primer helps with moisturizing the face, so avoid it in the eye makeup area for additional staying power.
