We want every experience with Cheekbone Beauty to feel thoughtful and seamless from start to finish. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original or gently used condition to be eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Cheekbone Beauty is not responsible for items lost in transit.

How Do I Start a Return or Exchange?
Please email info@cheekbonebeauty.com within the applicable return window and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- The reason for your request
- The tracking number for your return
For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened, swatched, tested, or physically touched is considered used. Once a product has been touched, we are unable to resell it. Used products are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for refund.

Refund to Original Payment
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Refunds are issued to your original form of payment
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Store credit (gift card) is available upon request

- Any product that has been opened, swatched, tested, or physically touched

PLEASE NOTE:
- We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may misuse or abuse this policy. If you purchased a Cheekbone Beauty product through a third-party retailer, please contact your point of purchase directly, as they will honour their own return policy.
- Items that have already been exchanged are not eligible for return or further exchange.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
How Long Does It Take to Process a Return?
Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your returned item(s) for processing.
Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or something is missing from your order, we’re so sorry.
Please contact info@cheekbonebeauty.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item(s) received (including any damage)
- A copy of your packing slip
Our team will review and make it right as quickly as possible.
