Product Info
Yes! All of Cheekbone Beauty’s products are vegan.
Cheekbone Beauty is committed to being cruelty-free. This means that we never test our products on animals, and only work with suppliers that uphold the same standards.
We cannot guarantee that all products were produced in an allergen-free environment. You can find all of our ingredients listed at the bottom of each product page.

If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it won’t impact the product’s efficacy. It is generally recommended that our products be used within 2 years of manufacture and that you observe the recommended PAO (Period After Opening) indicated by the open jar symbol on your product.
Exchanges & Returns
We want to provide our Cheekbone community with a wonderful experience from start to finish. Please reach out to info@cheekbonebeauty.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
You may return regular price, unused, physical products within 14 days of purchase, physical products for a refund. Exchanges on regular price, unused, physical products will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in full to your original form of payment. You may also request store credit in the form of a gift card.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept exchanges or returns on any items that are marked down.
Used, physical products are EXCHANGE ONLY, and must be done within 14 days of purchase.
Any purchases made that go towards our Cheekbone Beauty Scholarship Fund are FINAL SALE.
Any purchases made on limited-edition, limited-run products are EXCHANGE ONLY.
Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you submit a return/exchange request beyond the 14 and 30-day thresholds, you are responsible for shipping your product(s) back to Cheekbone Beauty HQ.
All gift cards are final sale.
Please allow up to 5 business days after the delivery of your returned items for our team to process your return or exchange. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Please note: once a return label has been issued, your return must be completed within 15 days as the label will expire. Cheekbone Beauty will only issue ONE return label per order. Any additional return labels will be at the customer's expense.

Orders & Shipping
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
We accept a wide variety of payment forms such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and AfterPay.
We are known for extremely quick deliveries, usually within 3 to 10 business days in Canada (location depending). USA orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Sometimes US customs holds orders, which could cause a delay. For more information about the delivery of your order, check out our Shipping page.
MISCELLANEOUS
In order to use your Warrior Rewards points, please ensure that you are logged into your account. Please note, your Warrior Rewards points cannot be stacked with promotions or discounts. Please note, you will not be able to apply your Warrior Rewards if you are checking out with ShopPay, Google Pay, AfterPay, or Apple Pay as these are express checkout methods that do not yet support point application during the checkout process.
To have your tax exemption processed at the time of the order, you must submit the requested information prior to placing your order to see the tax exemption applied at the time of checkout. Please note that we are unable to refund taxes after an order has been placed. For orders not being shipped to a reserve, our tax exemption is only applied to provincial taxes as per government regulations.
Step 1: Ensure you have an account setup through our online store. You can login or register here. This account will forever (or until the card expires) have all the information needed, and each order will be processed effortlessly with your tax exemption.
Step 2: Email us a photo of your Status Card with the expiry date clearly displayed. If your address is on a reserve, please provide your shipping address in the email as well so that we can be sure to set you up for the right exemption.
Step 3: We will send you a confirmation email that you can now place orders honouring your tax exemption at checkout. You’re all set!
