"My face broke out in a rash. Company was a nightmare to get ahold of; 4 emails and phone call that went to voicemail. When I threatened to file with PayPal, I magically got an email back within 5 minutes telling me to return product at my cost for store credit. I am completeky disappointed in this comoany and how I've been treated. I don't understand how shipping cosmetics in from China plays with your message and core value that you protect our enviroment. At what cost? There are lots of truely made in Canada products, shop elsewhere."
