"I'm 54 with decent skin overall but have hereditary dark eye circles that I've tried nearly everything to manage. High end expensive brands, treatments, etc. THIS complexion pencil is magic. I'm fair skinned and No. 2 is the perfect shade for me. It blends into my skin beautifully and actually covers my dark circles. It's amazing. Buildable coverage that goes on smooth and stays in place. I also use it on those pesky broken capillaries around my nose. It blends into my skin so well that I can't tell it's there except that my capillaries are no longer visible. I seriously can't praise this stick enough. If I could only buy one makeup product for the rest of my life this would be it."

"I love this thing. I just it in the lower waterline and to spot conceal. It comes with me on every vacation so I don't need to worry about liquid concealer. I have used this on my entire face and it will blend out, but since it has high coverage I prefer to use it that way"

Are all the materials used in each pencil compostable with cap and all? And are the pencil shavings with the outer paint coating compostable as well?: Hello - the cap is recyclable, not biodegradable. Pencil shavings for our makeup pencils as well as a regular pencil, for example a yellow #2 pencil, are compostable due to the coating materials and the small percentage of them that are in every shaving. Is there a description for each shade? The deep tones esp 7/8 are difficult to differentiate: Yes, there are shade descriptions for each SUSTAIN Complexion Pencil under the 'our-inspiration' tab on the product page - 7 is a deep tan with cool almond undertone. 8 is a deep tan with neutral chestnut undertone.
