New formula (written in 2026)

"Love this for a non-waterproof, gentle, easy-to-remove option! The slim curved brush is perfect for getting to every lash without making a mess. The formula is quite buildable. Stays on surprisingly well and doesn't flake or smudge, which nearly every other mascara does on me. All bets are off if you cry or get sprayed in the face with a garden hose, but for ordinary days or evenings out it's really nice."

Love it!

"This mascara is my go-to. It makes my lashes look great and is buildable. I have sensitive skin and eyes so this product is great since it doesn't cause any irritation."

Robin R. (5/5)

It’s the one for me!

"Exactly the mascara I need. Thin and silky to apply. The brush doesn’t clump but gently combs thru every last. Leaves natural looking coloured lashes with definition."

Deborah Y. (5/5)

Christina D. (5/5)

"Honestly… Best mascara I have ever used in my life! Also their cheek tint is to die for. Just tried their unify multi pencil and their revive lip balm and I am in love. I never imagined natural makeup could be so amazing! Thank you so much cheekbone. 💖"

MONIQUE (5/5)

Lashes plus

"Really love this mascara. Great quality and applies smoothly with no clumps. I have very short lashes and don’t like to use an eyelash curler. Don’t need to with this mascara. After applying just a few layers my lash length looks amazing. Great product."

Annelie B. (5/5)

Uprise mascara is seriously the best!

"Uprise mascara has been my one and only mascara since I first tried it 6 years ago. It consistently plumps, thickens AND lengthens my short sparse lashes. It lasts all day and doesn’t flake. Knowing I don’t have toxic chemicals near my eyes is the best! This was the first order with the new packaging. Unfortunately one of my mascaras arrived with no brush head inside the tube. I was nervous to report the defect but the company representative was SO friendly and helpful! It was no big deal and they sent me a replacement within 4 days!"

Stefanie W. (5/5)

Seriously buy this

"Ok so I'm pretty loyal to my mascara (and it's very important to me that I'm sorting canadian women lead businesses) When mine was out of stock I decided to give this one a shot because I'm a huge cheekbone fan. I've officially been converted. I honestly think it's better than any mascara I've ever tried. ALSO GUYS PLEASE MAKE THIS IN BROWN IM BEGGING YOU."

Q&A

Hello, Is this a tubing mascara? If not, do you make one? Thanks
Hi Kara, thank you for your question! Uprise Mascara is not a tubing mascara. The clean and vegan formula for our black mascara creates a full and defined lasting look without weighing them down using all natural pumice stone from volcanic magma. Apply one layer for a natural look, or add additional layers for a dramatically different lash look. The brush is designed to separate the lashes and add volume. Tubing mascaras are not as environmentally friendly, unfortunately, as their formula creates tiny polymers that wrap around each lash, giving it the "tubing" effect. These polymers are often made from synthetic materials like acrylates, which do not break down easily in the environment. Some tubing mascaras may contain tiny particles of microplastics, which are not environmentally friend as well, as they can end up in waterways.
Hello! When do you expect to have the amazing uprise mascara restocked?
Hi Jess, thank you for your question! We hope to have Uprise Mascara back in stock this December :)
Hi are the ingredients organic? If not do you know how much pesticide is used?
At Cheekbone Beauty, we take the safety and quality of our raw materials very seriously. Every ingredient used in our formulations comes with an SDS (Safety Data Sheet) to ensure transparency and compliance with safety standards. While not all of our ingredients are certified organic, our commitment is to use naturally derived ingredients that are both safe for humans and environmentally responsible. Our mascara, like all Cheekbone Beauty products, adheres to strict formulation standards that avoid harmful chemicals, including pesticides. Below is a comprehensive list of substances that are not found in our mascara, including pesticides, herbicides, and other toxic compounds. We prioritize ingredients that do not negatively impact natural ecosystems, ensuring that our products align with our sustainability and clean beauty mission. If you have any specific concerns, we are always happy to provide additional details on our formulations!
