How do I place a return or exchange?
We want to provide our Cheekbone community with a wonderful experience from start to finish. Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
What’s your return/exchange policy?
Within 30 days of purchase, all physical products can be exchanged or returned for a refund. Refunds will be issued in full to your original form of payment.
After 30 days, all physical products can be exchanged or returned for store credit in the form of a gift card.
Please note that for all returns the original shipping charges are not refunded.
All gift cards are final sale.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow up to 5 business days after the delivery of your returned items for our team to process your return or exchange. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
We’re sorry you received the wrong product in your order! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to make it right.
